Returns Policy

If a mistake in shipment occurs and you receive the incorrect goods, The Crbn Fbre Comp will provide a refund for the cost of the goods.

To receive a refund, you must notify us within 5 business days of receipt of goods.

Customers are responsible for organising the return shipping.

If we receive your order returned undelivered due to incorrect address or the shipping carrier was unable to deliver your package, The Crbn Fbre Comp will gladly re-ship your order. If your order is re-shipped, additional shipping charges will be required.

We do accept returns of goods provided they are:

• In an unused condition.

• In original packaging.

We do not accept refunds for goods where the wrong order has been placed, where we have not been advised at the point of order. We are happy however to swap goods for the originally intended order, additional shipping charges will be required.

Damaged Items

If you receive your order damaged, contact The Crbn Fbre Comp within 24 hours. Photographic evidence of the damage is required so that we can make a claim with our shipping courier. Please keep all packaging in the event the courier requires this for the damage claim. These steps must be followed to ensure the courier accepts liability and to avoid any disputes.
