The Auto Styling Series: Mansory Audi RSQ8

The world of aftermarket automotive styling has changed dramatically in the last 10 - 15 years. There was a time when the idea of tuning or modifying your supercar or sportscar was "chavy" or for "rude boys". The insults and snide comments would fly wherever a wing, a spoiler or a wrap was seen but times have changed and so has the quality in the market.

Mansory are an automotive styling house known for their bold designs and their desire to do something very different to the competition. With bold and daring designs comes the possibility of gems and some absolute disasters, no comment on which ones are the disasters... Today's addition of the Auto Styling Series is definitely one of the gems.

This is the Audi RSQ8 styled by Mansory.

Mansory have taken the RSQ8 and added lots of little touches from a styling perspective and a huge amount of power to make an absolute monster of a 4x4. Power has increased by 188hp, from 592hp to 780hp with a 0-60 time reduced from 3.8 seconds to 3.3. This 4x4 has more power than a Huracan, Aventador, 488 Pista, F8 Tributo, do I need to go on?

The Mansory Audi RSQ8 is basically a tall supercar!

The front grille of the Mansory styled Q8 is fully blacked out with all chrome elements deleted, whilst the side grills have taken a leaf out of the Urus' book with the 3 prongs added on both sides. The stripe through the middle of the car screams Manhart but definitely works here.

The rear is where the magic seems to happen. The rear diffuser is the stand out change on the RSQ8, the typical go to when it comes to rear diffusers are additional slats but Mansory have gone one further. With Carbon Fiber rear slats that protrude a good few inches away from the diffuser, this version does the styling justice.

Keeping in tune with bold moves, the exhaust tips are a new look in the aftermarket world with slanted pentagon shaped exits, pointing towards the extrovert rear diffuser on this beast.

The roof spoiler is the right size and shape for the RSQ8's proportions and definitely works on this Mansory edition with the design of the roof spoiler keeping in tune with the lines of the 4x4. The 10 spoke Gloss Black wheels are 23" forged Mansory Y.5 alloys and match the changes and aggressive design language chosen for the car.

Mansory have done a job here, the conversion hits the mark aesthetically and the power delivery is approaching hypercar territory. If you've got the money and think the Audi RSQ8 isn't different enough then the Mansory edition is definitely what we would suggest.
