For Sales Series: Pagani Huayra

At The Crbn Fbre Comp we like to admire special and super rare cars and whilst the For Sale Series has typically focused on super and hypercars (something that willy change in the near future) we thought we'd spice things up with a manufacturer that not everyone will be familiar with but who produce cars that are absolutely stunning.

Pagani Automobili...

Pagani is unheard of to the masses. Ferrari and Lamborghini ring bells with those who don't even care about cars, Pagani not so much. And this is mainly because in nearly 30 years of existence, this Italian manufacturer has only produced two models!

But what two amazing models they are! In this week's edition we decided to go for Pagani's second production model, the Huayra!

SuperVettura have for sale a Nero Blackstar finished Huayra Roadster, slightly contrasted by the copious amount of Carbon Fibre dotted all over the exterior and interior.

The bonnet, wing mirrors and front lip are all finished in dry carbon fibre, moderately standing out from the paintwork when you really focus. With a beauty like this you could argue that the detail is lost in the black on black but let's keep going.

The roadster model for obvious reasons loses the gullwing doors and this is a big shame for the overall look of the Huayra Roadster. The gullwing doors are a statement and the Pagani feels far too special to have doors that pull out like any other car.

The unique styling of the Huayra, however, remains special. From the wing mirrors that almost appear to hang off a thread, in a way more elegant than even the LaFerrari, to the design of the ends of the bonnet that almost look like cheeks, irrespective of the paintwork this is ultimately a work of art.

The paintwork in true Pagani style is of the highest quality with such a shine and purity that it acts as a mirror.

20/21" Forged Aluminium Alloy complete the all black everything look with the carbon fibre weave noticeably different when close up to the paintwork.

The interior of the Huayra is near on famous in the hypercar world. Pagani are known for their attention to detail and commitment to the highest level of quality and as you can see this is very visible. The instrument cluster in adorned in titanium with plenty of carbon fibre surrounding the dash, gear lever, door cards and the steering wheel.

Keeping with the black theme the interior of course matches the exterior, however to really see how plush these can look you need a more bold spec.

Completing this work of art is the engine bay which of course is covered in carbon fibre but also with a stream of gold, transforming what you would expect from an engine bay and creating what is an engineering and visual masterpiece.

The Pagani Huayra is of course an absolutely beautiful car and I think that this nero, batman style, low key spec takes away from that just a little. The carbon fibre isn't as visible as you would like with the Nero Blackstar paintwork and the missing gullwing doors is slightly disappointing.

Nit picking yes, but when you are spending £2.7m you want to see from near and far the creation that is the Huayra in it's fullness.

As always follow us at The Crbn Fbre Comp as we bring you some of the most interesting and unqiue designs in the car world and if you are one of the blessed few to be able to afford one, check out the SuperVettura website below!
